Former “Jill of all Trades” master of none, now a LadyTrucker who takes great pride in doing a job well done.
In the entertainment world, I was known as “Christy English”, and was the host of a popular Tri-State area cable TV show known as “Christy’s Rendezvous”, and later, just simply “Christy!”.
My largest following were the fun and quirky New Yorkers, who would watch my show to decide what bands to go out to see on the weekends. I received the very first “Cable Ace” award back in 1981, and the USA Network wanted me to host their show, “Night Flight”. Not accepting their offer was one of the poorest decisions I have ever made. But, live and learn!
My background is varied to say the least….but driving is what I have always enjoyed doing, and hope to continue doing what I do best for a very long time.
